The Ngaa Koorero Tuku Iho teams are bringing items out of the box and coming to Te Kete Aronui Rototuna Library!
A member of the team will be available at Te Kete Aronui on the second-to-last Wednesday of each month to answer questions and help you with research and advice. They will have a scanner available if you wish to bring in your items to be digitised (please note you will also need to bring your own brand new USB drive to save the files).
If you have a specific topic you’d like to ask us about, let us know in advance so we can bring the appropriate materials for you.
To celebrate International Day for Disabled People, an extra Out of the Box session will be held on Monday 4 December, with a special focus on oral history. Pop along to the Kaakaariki meeting room to talk to our Oral Historian about the importance of oral history and capturing our stories.
