Maaori focused websites

As avid users of the internet, we understand how frustrating it can be to find a site that will be of help.  There are hundreds of sites available on the web, so we have listed a few to help make things easier for you. 

Listed below are a range of websites that you may find useful.  These sites all have a Maaori language focus or are Maaori content based.  Of particualr interest to those who may have a good understanding of the Maaori language is a new online Maaori language newspaer - 'Te Korako'.  Te Korako has been produced by Ake Associates Ltd and Ma Te Reo and is currently producing an edition once a fortnight.   Another great site designed to keep Maaori in formed is TangataWhenua.com who have been instrumental in the development of Google Maori which was officially launched during Maaori Language Week.
